Big Machine, makes a half gallon or half a half gallon. Use the measuring cup, 110 gram scoop from the house coffee canister. Dump it into the grinder hopper, make sure the grounds container is attached, make sure the grind size knob is on 17. Grind away. Dump it into the filter and select the full Carafe button, wait and enjoy. If you just want a half a jug, scoop to the 70 gram line and do the same. There is a second carafe so feel free to start up a second one.

Espresso Machine, uses the bean canister marked “Spro” There is a milk dispenser kept in the fridge that slides right on to the little spout to the left of the head, gently pop it on, when you’re done it can be easily popped off and placed back in the fridge without having to clean anything. Feel free to adjust the dose settings and what not, its your coffee!

Hario Hikaru, for you fancy coffee nerds! Use the small canister of beans. Use the carafe to fill to the water line in the tank (be careful not to fill past the line its hard to take the extra out) use the scoop in the bean canister, pour beans in grinder hopper and make sure the grind size is set to 19. Use the V shaped cone filter. Hit the power button and select the cup sized based on your water level. Hit brew. Watch the show, enjoy the brew, I try to stock weird shit, lots of anaerobic fermentations and fruity natural process stuff!
